1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Rally Social, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Description of Service
Rally Social is a platform for organizing and joining spontaneous real-world meetups with others nearby. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for what happens at meetups.
3. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old
- You must provide accurate information
- You're responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Create fake or misleading meetups
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Impersonate others
- Attempt to manipulate the reliability system
- Scrape or collect user data
5. Reliability Score
Your reliability score reflects your meetup attendance history. Joining meetups and not showing up will negatively impact your score. We reserve the right to restrict access for users with consistently poor reliability.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.
7. Safety Disclaimer
Important: Rally Social does not screen users or verify identities. You meet others at your own risk. Always meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts.
8. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
